how to register and pay online

  • Click on Registration Details for the course or training you are interested in.
  • Click on Register Now to begin the process of registration and of payment.
  • You will be asked for your email at the beginning of the process. You will also be asked to create a password. The system will remember your email and shipping information for future transactions automatically.
  • You will have the option of encrypting your credit card information for use in the future. If you do not choose this option, you will need to re-enter it for subsequent purchases.
  • We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard

delivery/shipping method

  • Once your transaction has been processed, you will receive an email at the address you provided.
  • You will receive a second email containing full course/ training information

refund/cancellation policy

  • All Basic Training and Case Consult Group Fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to start date, less a $150 admin fee. Withdrawals within 30 days of the first training/group start date and/or after the beginning of the training will not be refunded. No tuition credit will be provided.
  • All Advanced Training Fees are refundable up to the start date. Administrative fee is $50 for refund requests 15 days prior to start After 15 days prior to training, the administrative fee is $75.
